Yes. Treatment is individualized to each client rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach. Your care plan can incorporate therapies, clinical services, and recovery goals based on your specific needs.
Fountain Hills Recovery provides treatment for alcohol and substance use disorders, including addictions involving opioids, fentanyl, cocaine, methamphetamine, benzodiazepines, prescription drugs, and other substances. Treatment can also address co-occurring mental health concerns through dual diagnosis care.
We offer multiple levels of care designed to meet clients at different stages of recovery, including residential treatment, partial hospitalization (PHP), and intensive outpatient (IOP) care, along with detox support when clinically appropriate. Specialized programs are also available for executives, professional athletes, and first responders.
Yes. Our dual diagnosis approach addresses substance use alongside co-occurring mental health concerns. Treatment may support individuals experiencing conditions such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, and PTSD.
Treatment length is individualized based on each client’s needs, progress, and recommended level of care. Residential treatment commonly lasts approximately 30–60 days, while the broader treatment program may involve 30-, 60-, or 90-day commitments depending on the individual.
Fountain Hills Recovery works with many private insurance policies and can verify your benefits before treatment begins. The facility operates out of network and does not accept AHCCCS, Medicare, or Medicaid. Our admissions team can help explain your coverage and available financial options.

Yes. Private pay is available for clients who prefer not to use insurance or want additional flexibility and privacy. Cash-pay and financing options may also be available depending on your circumstances.
Clients should bring identification, insurance information, approved medications in their original packaging, comfortable clothing, appropriate footwear, and alcohol-free personal care items. A detailed packing list is available to help you prepare before arrival.
Yes. When clinically appropriate, family involvement can be an important part of the recovery process. Family therapy, addiction education, communication coaching, and transition planning may be incorporated to help strengthen the support system surrounding each client.
Treatment plans are personalized and may incorporate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, trauma-informed therapy, relapse prevention, family therapy, and holistic or experiential therapies.
Before leaving residential care, clients receive a continuing-care plan based on their individual needs. Next steps may include PHP or IOP treatment, individual therapy, psychiatric care, medication support, relapse-prevention planning, community support groups, and alumni resources.
